this happened to me once. i thought there was something wrong with me and i was seriously freaked out, but now i know.

hey it happens to me a lot in singapore. never here... don't know why. i used to think it's like spirits or something in my house back home... so what i would do is say a prayer - our father, or hail mary - in my mind, even if my mouth can't move.. and then eventually the feeling subsides and i fall back asleep.
